The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be broadcast live on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former two time unified boxing king Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive mismatch - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will genuinely try to hurt him. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
In spite of those words, a calm Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually known for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK rival Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
Still, the relative newcomer continues to be one of the sport's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving huge paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would prevent the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the traditional confrontation, with their height and weight contrast evident, it drove home just how improbable this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the match is actually going ahead.
